This Privacy Policy explains how Prime Apex Cargo (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use primeapexcargo.com or submit a request through our quote form. Introduction
We respect your privacy. We only collect what we need to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, and operate booked shipments. We do not sell personal information, and this website does not run a newsletter signup.

Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit the quote form or contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp, we may receive:
- Full name, phone or WhatsApp number, and email address
- Preferred contact method
- Service type, pickup city, destination (country or city), and optional destination city
- Approximate weight, package count, dimensions, and a description of the goods
- Any notes you add (access, packing, timing, or special handling)
- Your consent that we may use these details to reply to the request
The form also includes a honeypot field and a short timing check. Those fields are used only to reduce automated spam. You do not need to complete them.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting environment and, if enabled, analytics tools may receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed. Server logs and rate-limit counters may temporarily store IP-related data to protect the form from abuse.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to quote requests and follow-up questions
- Prepare estimates and booking confirmations
- Arrange pickup, packing, transport, customs, delivery, or storage when you book
- Send operational updates about an active enquiry or shipment
- Improve the website, prevent fraud and spam, and keep our systems secure
- Meet legal, accounting, and regulatory requirements
We do not use quote-form details for unrelated marketing lists. If we ever introduce optional marketing messages, we will ask for clear consent first.
Why we process it
We process personal information because:
- You asked us for a quote or service (steps needed to reply and contract with you)
- You gave consent on the quote form where consent is required
- We have a legitimate interest in operating a secure website and preventing spam
- We must keep records required by law for booked commercial shipments
Sharing with others
We share information only when needed for the job or required by law, for example with:
- Email and hosting providers that deliver form messages and run this website
- Carriers, airlines, shipping lines, trucking partners, warehouses, and customs brokers when a booking requires it
- Insurers or surveyors if you arrange cargo cover or a claim review
- Authorities when disclosure is legally required
WhatsApp conversations are also processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not pass quote details to a carrier or customs until you book (or clearly ask us to start arrangements).
Storage and retention
Quote requests are delivered by email to our operations mailbox. This website does not keep a separate public customer database for form submissions. If you book a shipment, related details may also be kept in our operational files.
- Unbooked quote enquiries: kept for up to 24 months from the enquiry date, then deleted or anonymised, unless you ask us to delete sooner or a related dispute requires longer retention.
- Booked shipments and invoices: kept for as long as needed for the job and for normal business, tax, and legal record-keeping (typically up to 7 years for commercial records in Pakistan, or longer if a claim or dispute remains open).
- Spam-filter and rate-limit logs: kept only for short operational periods.
Cookies and analytics
You can browse most of the site without creating an account. The quote form works without marketing cookies. If a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured for this site, Google Analytics may set cookies and receive page-view data. If that ID is not configured, analytics scripts are not loaded.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not stop you from requesting a quote.
Security
We use HTTPS on the live site and restrict access to business mailboxes and shipment files to authorised staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary copies of identity documents through the public quote form unless we specifically ask for them.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law in Pakistan, you may ask us to:
- Confirm whether we hold personal information about you from a website enquiry
- Provide a copy of that information
- Correct inaccurate details
- Delete an unbooked enquiry where we no longer need it
- Object to processing that is based only on our legitimate interests, where applicable
Email [email protected] from the address you used in the enquiry, and include your name, phone number, and approximate enquiry date or reference number if you have one. We aim to respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children
Our services are intended for adults arranging freight, relocation, or related logistics. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised policy applies to new activity on the site.
