Cargo and shipping services in Pakistan, set out by the job

Prime Apex Cargo provides cargo and shipping services in Pakistan for importers, exporters, and families. The range covers air and sea freight, the customs paperwork that travels with an international shipment, packing and crating, house and office moves, road transport, and storage before or after a move.

This page is the map. Each block below names the services in that group and links to a page that explains what is included, how the job runs, and what we need before we quote. We do not publish a rate card. The price depends on the route, the cargo, and the size, and those three details are what the quote form asks for.

If you are comparing modes, start with air freight and sea freight. Customs clearance and export documentation explain the papers. A move of a home is under house shifting, and a move out of the country is under international relocation. The about page describes how a booking is handled once you have chosen the service.

[ International Cargo ]

International Cargo

International cargo from Pakistan moves by air when the deadline is short and by sea when the load is large. This group covers the flight or the vessel, the handover at origin, and delivery at the far end when you want that included. It also covers commercial shipments and heavier industrial pieces that need more than a standard carton. Open the page that matches the cargo, then send the route and an approximate size if you want a quote.

[ Customs and Freight ]

Customs and Freight

An international shipment is not finished when it is booked. Someone has to match the invoice to the cargo, file the clearance, and keep the forwarder, the carrier, and the warehouse talking to each other. This group is that work: customs clearance, the export papers, and freight forwarding for businesses that want one coordinator. The pages explain the documents we ask for and the parts of the job that stay with you, including duties.

[ Relocation ]

Relocation

Relocation covers a home, an office, or a household leaving Pakistan. The crew can pack, dismantle furniture, load, and put rooms back together when the quote includes that work. A local move and a move abroad do not use the same timeline or the same papers, so each has its own page. Read the one that matches the distance, then tell us the number of rooms or the rough carton count.

[ Packing ]

Packing

Packing is the work that happens before the truck or the aircraft sees the cargo. Standard cartons, blankets, and foam are enough for many household and commercial goods. Glass, machines, and anything with an awkward shape often need a wooden crate instead. These two pages separate the everyday pack from the rigid crate, so you can ask for the level the cargo actually needs.

[ Local Transport ]

Local Transport

Local transport is the road leg inside Pakistan: a carton run across a city, a full load between cities, or a car on a carrier. Same-day collection is possible only when a suitable vehicle is free, and the goods page says that plainly. Use these pages when the shipment is not going on a ship or a plane, or when it needs a truck before it reaches the port or the airport.

[ Storage ]

Storage

Storage holds goods that are between addresses. A family may need a few weeks between homes. An exporter may need a warehouse night before a container is ready. The page covers the inventory record, access, and the difference between a short hold and a longer one. It does not list a monthly rate, because the space and the care the goods need change the quote.

How shipping with us works

You describe the cargo and the route

City or country at each end, what the goods are, and a rough size are enough for the first reply.

We name the mode and the scope

The quote says whether the job is air, sea, or road, and which of packing, documents, and delivery are included.

You confirm before anyone is dispatched

A quote is not a booking. Work starts when you accept it in a message you can keep.

We collect, prepare, and move the goods

Pickup, packing or crating, the main leg, and any clearance the shipment needs follow the scope you accepted.

Delivery is checked against the inventory

We unload at the address on the booking. Unpacking and furniture reassembly happen only when the quote listed them.

[ On most moves ]

What is included in most moves

A freight booking and a household move do not include the same tasks. On a move, these are the items we discuss. Each one is in the quote only when that quote lists it.

  • Packing materials. Cartons, tape, paper, blankets, and foam when packing is part of the booking.
  • Loading. The crew loads the vehicle or the hand-over point named in the quote.
  • Unloading. Goods are taken off at the delivery address, subject to access at that building.
  • Unpacking. Cartons are opened and goods placed when a household or office move includes unpacking.
  • Furniture dismantling and reassembly. Beds, tables, and similar pieces are taken apart and put back when the quote says so.
  • Labeling. Cartons and pieces are marked so the room or the consignee can be matched at delivery.
  • Protection with blankets and foam. Furniture and fragile faces are wrapped for the journey, not left bare in the vehicle.
  • Optional cleaning. A basic clean of the origin space can be added. It is not part of a standard move.
  • Optional insurance. Cover for valuable goods can be arranged with the quote. It is not added unless you ask.

Tell us the route and the cargo

The service page answers the general questions. The quote uses your route, your cargo, and an approximate size.
