Sending cargo from Pakistan starts with three facts: where the goods are, where they are going, and what they are. Everything else (mode, packing, papers) follows from those three.
1. Confirm pickup and destination
Use one of our published pickup cities when you can. Name the destination country and, if you know it, the city or postcode. Open the matching destination page for lane notes.
2. Describe the cargo honestly
Clothes, gifts, commercial cartons and machinery are different jobs. Piece count and approximate weight are enough for a first reply. Photos help when pieces are awkward.
3. Choose speed versus cost
Air freight suits deadlines measured in days. Sea freight suits larger loads when you can wait. Door-to-door adds collection and delivery on one booking when you want that scope.
4. Prepare the papers
Read documents required. Personal gifts need a contents list and value. Commercial goods need an invoice and packing list that match the cartons.
5. Ask for a written quote
Use the quote form or rate calculator for an indicative figure, then confirm the booking in writing. A quote is not a dispatch order until you accept it.
6. Pack only what the quote includes
If packing is included, wait for instructions. If you pack yourself, seal cartons and keep a copy of the list inside and outside. See what you can and cannot send before you close the boxes.
Common questions
Pickup city, destination country, what the goods are, approximate weight or carton count, and a deadline if you have one.
No. Share the size and the date. We recommend a mode on the quote. You confirm before anyone is dispatched.
Only when the quote includes it. If goods are already carton-ready, say so so we do not add packing you do not need.
